Lumibricks Detective’s Office 17018 is now available to order from the official Lumibricks website. It is the building previewed as the Detective’s Agency in our recent Cyberpunk teaser roundup, and the full listing gives us a look inside all three floors.
It is listed at $180.99 USD (around £135) on the UK storefront and $139.99 USD on the US storefront. The set has 2,134 pieces, with a Blue Mug cafe below the detective’s workspace and a hacker command room at the top.

That is a fairly narrow footprint, but the antenna takes the height to 47 cm. It is worth checking the space between shelves before making room for this one.
Blue Mug Cafe and Two Floors of Detective Work
The ground floor has a curved teal shopfront, an orange coffee sign and a serving window. Inside are a pink counter, coffee-making equipment, cups, stools and a small table. Even the menu follows the theme, with an Overclocked Latte and Glitch Soda on offer.
The middle floor is the main investigation workspace. There is a desk with computer screens, a dark red office chair, shelves and equipment around the walls. The large curved window leaves the desk visible from the front of the building.
At the top is the hacker command room, with a reclining chair, transparent control panel and cables connected to the surrounding equipment. There are also a small aquarium, a plant and food tucked alongside the machinery. Above the roof, the teal server tower carries illuminated panels and an antenna.
Removable Rooms and an Opening Upper Wall
Access comes through three removable sections: the street cafe, hacker workshop and back alley. The cafe pulls out with its entrance and furnishings, while the workshop slides out from the middle floor. The covered alley is a separate module at the side.
A hinged wall opens the upper command room. This gives access to the chair and its controls without having to rely on the small windows. A hands-on build would be needed to judge how smoothly the modules move with the lighting installed.
A Curved Neon Window and Illuminated Street Signs
The curved acrylic window is the most prominent lighting feature. Its printed data patterns run around the corner of the office, glowing blue and purple around the desk. The cafe has long illuminated strips above its windows, with warmer lighting inside.
Lumibricks specifies 19 LED light points and highlights two COB light strips. Elsewhere, there are red-lit panels on the server tower, green lighting in the upper room and smaller lights over the coffee sign and street terminal.
50 Printed Parts and Four Characters
There are 50 printed parts, covering the cafe menus, computer displays, window graphics and detective signage. The large coral-coloured Decrypt Detective sign hangs down the side, while smaller posters and screens fill the spaces around the windows.
The street-level details include a Harmony Alley sign, a lit communications terminal and a tiny Neoncity news screen beside the cafe entrance. The printed graphics include missing-person notices and a doughnut poster too.
The four figures are a hacker, chip dealer, gang leader and barista. In Lumibricks’ story, the hacker runs the agency and has been hired to infiltrate NEONCORP. The pink-suited visitor belongs to the Donut Gang, while the chip dealer operates in the back alleys.
Adding It to a Neoncity Layout
The set continues the range’s modular power connections at base level. Lumibricks says a single USB connection can power up to four compatible sets together. A USB cable and battery box are supplied for powering the building on its own.
