Pantasy Bavarian Beer Hall 85049 has appeared for sale at AFOBRICK, even though I cannot currently find it on Pantasy’s own public product pages.
That makes this a cautious spotted listing rather than an official Pantasy reveal, but it is still a useful first look. AFOBRICK lists the set as available now, with a 3,246-piece count and a retailer price of $192.66.

Pantasy Bavarian Beer Hall 85049 takes a different beer angle
Pantasy has already done a beer-themed building with Craft Brewery 85023, which I reviewed and liked a lot. That set was about the brewing process, with a lot of movement and machinery doing the heavy lifting.
This one is coming from a different angle. As the name suggests, it is a beer hall, so the appeal is more about architecture, atmosphere and a social interior than the mechanics of brewing. I like that as a follow-up, because it gives Pantasy another way to use the theme without simply repeating the Craft Brewery idea.
Architecture and layout
The first thing that stands out is the architecture. The model uses a half-timbered Bavarian style with steep black roof sections, white wall panels, dark framing, red flower boxes and a street-level beer garden. It looks tall rather than wide, with several stacked rooflines and balconies giving it a strong village-square presence.
There are a lot of small visual anchors too: a clock and lamp post outside, an awning on the side, exterior signage, outdoor tables and a warmer colour palette around the ground floor. It looks like the kind of building that could sit nicely in a European street layout, especially if you already like Pantasy’s more character-led architecture.

Interior, lighting and figures
AFOBRICK’s images show a three-level interior: a beer garden and bar on the first floor, a performance and seating area above it, and a kitchen space on the upper level. The food and drink details are exactly where they should be for this subject, with mugs, pretzels, taps, counters and cooking accessories.
The listing images also show four figures, including two servers, a guest and a musician with a saxophone. That helps the set read as a lively venue rather than just a decorative facade.

Lighting seems to be part of the appeal as well. The product images refer to 11 light points across the building, which suits the warm tavern look nicely. Until Pantasy posts its own page, I would treat that as retailer-listing information rather than final official copy.
Pricing and availability
AFOBRICK currently lists Pantasy 85049 Bavarian Beer Hall at $192.66. The listing says it is in stock, with five units showing at the time I checked, and the variant reads “Ship about June 30th”.
- Set number: 85049
- Pieces: 3,246
- Listed size: 25.6 x 26.4 x 35.1 cm
- Retailer price: $192.66 at AFOBRICK
- Availability: listed as in stock at AFOBRICK
- Box note: AFOBRICK says there is no original box by default
Because this has not appeared on Pantasy’s own public product pages yet, the usual caveats apply. AFOBRICK’s price is a retailer price, not an official Pantasy MSRP, and availability could change quickly once the set gets wider distribution.
One to watch
This is one I am genuinely looking forward to seeing properly. The beer hall subject works, the architecture looks strong, and it is good to see Pantasy returning to a beer-adjacent theme from a different direction.
I will keep an eye out for Pantasy’s official page and any Amazon listing. For now, this is best treated as an AFOBRICK sighting until more official retail links appear.
