Lumibricks has launched three compact additions to its Town Life range: the Book-Cafe Box 15018, Brick Art Gallery Box 15019 and Toy Store Box 15020. Each takes the interior of an existing Lumibricks building and condenses it into a 16 x 16 display vignette with two LEDs and a $29.99 price.
The names are quite literal. Book-Cafe Box is a miniature version of Book-Cafe F9031, Brick Art Gallery Box reduces Brick Art Gallery L9085 to a single scene, and Toy Store Box lifts recognisable displays from Toy Store L9100. These are not simply three shops sharing familiar themes. They are small interior companions to three much larger sets.
That also separates them from the mini street shops idea Lumibricks explored earlier this year. Small street-facing buildings could break up a block or create narrow side roads in a city layout. These open-backed models are better understood as room-box style vignettes, designed primarily for shelves and desks.
That is not necessarily a bad thing. At $29.99 each, they offer a cheaper route to a detailed, lit Lumibricks display, and stacking turns a small footprint into a taller shelf piece.
What The Three Box Sets Have In Common
All three models measure about 13 x 13 x 9 cm and include one figure, two integrated lights and a selection of printed elements. There are no stickers in the package lists.
The connection system is the more interesting part from a display point of view. The sets can form a small row of scenes, but Lumibricks also shows them stacked into a three-storey display. A multi-floor power connection is designed to let the lighting work across the combined build without a separate switch for every level.

Book-Cafe Box 15018
The Book-Cafe Box is the largest of the three by piece count, using 436 pieces and 20 printed elements. Lumibricks explicitly presents it as a miniature version of Book-Cafe F9031, which uses 1,718 pieces and is currently listed at $89.99.
The full model separates its coffee counter and reading areas across a complete building. The Box version pulls its black menu boards, espresso equipment, packed bookshelves, green chair and floor lamp into one open scene. A warm light covers the cafe area, while a smaller reading light illuminates the open books.
Brick Art Gallery Box 15019
The Brick Art Gallery Box uses 367 pieces, making it the smallest build here. Its full-size counterpart, Brick Art Gallery L9085, is a 3,400-piece modular building on a 48 x 32 base, with three floors, 62 printed elements and 22 LEDs. It is currently listed at $179.99.
The Box version removes the full three-storey facade and concentrates on the gallery experience. Its 23 printed elements include miniature interpretations of Girl with a Pearl Earring, The Scream and Sunflowers, alongside an information desk, souvenir display and two warm white spotlights. It is effectively a pocket-sized companion to the full Lumibricks Brick Art Gallery.
Toy Store Box 15020
The Toy Store Box is the most colourful option. Its 426 pieces include 25 printed elements, the highest printed count of the three. Toy Store L9100, by comparison, is a 3,086-piece Edwardian-style building with movable interior compartments, ten LEDs and a current price of $159.99.
The smaller model clearly borrows from that interior. The turquoise walls, red toy vehicle, lighthouse, display cards, clown and green monster all appear in the larger store. Two warm white spotlights sit above the shelves, while the open layout makes those tiny products much easier to see.

Who Are The Town Life Box Sets For?
The $29.99 price makes more sense once these are viewed as miniature companions to the larger sets. They retain recognisable interior details, printed pieces and lighting without asking for the money or shelf space needed by a complete building.
The complete trio costs $89.97 before discounts, which is almost exactly the price of the full Book-Cafe F9031 on its own. That comparison sums up the choice quite neatly. These are appealing, stackable interior vignettes and a cheaper way to sample three existing designs, but they are not replacements for proper city buildings.
