Lumibricks Luna Cottage 10014 has now appeared on the official Lumibricks store, and it looks like one of the brand’s more unusual Retro House releases so far.
The set is listed as Luna Cottage 10014, priced at $119.99, with 2,846 building blocks, 14 LED lights and 44 printed bricks. The official page currently shows USA, Europe, Canada and Global variants as available, while the UK variant is not available at the time of writing.
This is not a hands-on review, so I am going by the official listing and product images for now. Even with that caveat, the headline feature is hard to miss: Lumibricks is calling this its first “singing” building set.

A cottage with a built-in soundtrack
The big difference here is the hidden sound module. According to Lumibricks, Luna Cottage comes pre-loaded with a meditation track called Into the Forest, created in collaboration with sound healing creator Harriet Smith.
That could easily sound like a gimmick, but it does fit the theme. Luna Cottage is clearly leaning into a cosy, mystical, nightstand-display mood rather than just being another small house with lights.
The more interesting detail is the Type-C port. Lumibricks says builders can connect the set to a computer and upload their own custom music or white noise. If that works cleanly, it gives the set a more personal use than the usual light-up display model.

Purple, gold and stained-glass-style detail
Visually, Luna Cottage goes for a very different feel from Garden Cottage. The listing describes a purple colour scheme, gold-carved arches, stained-glass-style windows and a white gazebo.
Based on the images, this is very much a fantasy cottage rather than a grounded rural build. The purple and gold combination gives it a slightly gothic edge, while the translucent pieces and lighting should do a lot of the heavy lifting once the room lights are down.
That is exactly where Lumibricks tends to be strongest. The brand’s sets often make more sense as evening display pieces, where the interiors and window glow become part of the point rather than an extra.
Fourteen LEDs and a removable structure
The listing says Luna Cottage includes 14 independent LED light points. The named lighting features include a glowing crystal ball, a breathing light bottle and a starlight projection effect.

There is also a practical building detail I like the sound of: the roof, second floor and first floor are designed to separate easily. That quick-release approach matters on a set like this, because lit interiors can be frustrating if the best details are sealed away once the model is finished.
Lumibricks also mentions a rotating astrological platform inside the cottage. Again, I would want to see how sturdy and accessible that feels in person, but it gives the interior a clearer identity than “nice room with props”.

No stickers, 44 printed bricks
The official package list says Luna Cottage includes 44 printed bricks and that the set uses fully printed parts rather than stickers.
The package list also mentions 12 brick bags and two instruction manuals.

Designed to sit beside Garden Cottage
Lumibricks says Luna Cottage connects with other sets in the Retro House series, especially Garden Cottage 10013. The official listing says the baseplates fit together, and it also points out a shared black cat photo detail across both cottages.
That makes Luna Cottage feel less like a one-off novelty and more like a deliberate expansion of the cottage sub-range. Garden Cottage is softer and more traditional, while Luna Cottage seems to be the darker, more magical companion piece.
If you are already building a Lumibricks village or shelf display, that connection is probably the most important part. The sound module is the headline, but the modular compatibility is what may make the set easier to justify.

Early thoughts
Luna Cottage is a clever direction for Lumibricks. The brand is already known for integrated lighting, so adding sound is a natural way to push the display idea further without just increasing the size or piece count.
The risk is that the music feature could overshadow the actual model. From the listing, though, there seems to be enough physical detail to carry it: printed parts, removable floors, a detailed interior, a gazebo, lighting effects and compatibility with Garden Cottage.
For now, this looks like one of the more distinctive Lumibricks releases of 2026.
