The Pantasy Gift Store 85043 has now moved from the coming soon pile to a live product listing on the official Pantasy store, and this is one of those sets that makes the brand’s current direction very clear.
We first covered the Pantasy Gift Store 85043 back in May when it appeared alongside the Spring Picnic Bicycle on Pantasy’s upcoming roster. At that point it already looked like a very strange, very charming thing. Now the official page is live with pricing, product dimensions, shipping details, and a much better look at the moving features inside the build.

A Fantasy Gift Shop Rather Than a Standard Modular
The important thing to say straight away is that this is not Pantasy trying to make a realistic high street shop. The Gift Store is much closer to a fantasy display building, somewhere between a toy shop, a theme park facade, and a Christmas market centrepiece.
The front is dominated by a huge circular wheel feature sitting directly above the main shop sign, while the right-hand side is built around a giant gift box with a brick-built cat popping out of it. Up top there is a carousel-style section with small animal displays, while the left side adds a narrow tower that gives the whole model a slightly storybook shape.
For a normal city layout, that might make it harder to place naturally next to more grounded modular buildings. But as a standalone shelf piece, or as part of a whimsical shopping street, it absolutely has presence.
Type-C Powered Moving Features
The main update from the official product page is the clearer look at the motion system. Pantasy is advertising three synchronised motions, powered via Type-C.

Those moving sections appear to include the large front wheel, the carousel section, the rocking horse, the cat in the gift box, and the ballet girl display. That gives the set a very different kind of appeal from a static building. It is less about slotting neatly into a town layout and more about creating a small animated window display.
That does make me curious about the build experience. Pantasy has done some excellent mechanical display work before, but moving features can be where clever design either really shines or becomes slightly fiddly.
Interior Details and Figures
The inside looks nicely packed, which is exactly what you want from a subject like this. The official images show a ground-floor retail space with a central display island, a tiny Christmas tree, souvenir shelves, and a postcard rack.

Upstairs, the theme shifts into gift wrapping. There is a dedicated wrapping station, a packaging material wall full of ribbons and patterned boxes, and enough small accessory detail to make the interior feel like more than just a decorated shell.

The set includes two Pantasy figures according to the official imagery, labelled as the Gift Wrapper and the Store Manager. The product box artwork also shows a 3,143-piece count, which puts this firmly in Pantasy’s larger display-build territory.
Pantasy Gift Store 85043 Specifications and Availability
The official Pantasy page currently lists the Pantasy Gift Store 85043 at $169.99, with the product marked as available. Pantasy also lists a product size of 263 x 310 x 263 mm, a package size of 420 x 340 x 180 mm, an estimated assembly time of 6-8 hours, and a delivery estimate of 10-15 business days.

That puts it firmly in Pantasy’s larger display-build territory. It is not a cheap impulse buy, but the piece count, moving functions, detailed interior, and large presentation box make it feel like a fairly serious release rather than a small seasonal novelty.
My Early Take on the Pantasy Gift Store 85043
I still think this one will split people a little. If you want clean, realistic architecture, the Gift Store is probably going to feel too theatrical. The colour choices, gold trim, animal displays, and oversized present-box feature are all very deliberate, and they are not trying to be subtle.
But that is also what makes it interesting. Pantasy is at its best when it leans into display pieces that feel a bit odd, nostalgic, or mechanically playful, and the Pantasy Gift Store 85043 seems to sit right in that space. It looks like a set built around spectacle rather than realism, and honestly, that is not a bad lane for Pantasy to occupy.
Where to buy
Pantasy sell their products directly through their official website, and they also have a store on Amazon.
Pantasy have recently launched a Rewards Programme on their official site. If you plan on building a collection, I recommend ordering directly from them to start racking up points for future discounts. However, if you’re looking for the fastest shipping, Amazon is often the better shout. Always check both to see who has the best current deal!
