Amazon Leak: Lumibricks Coastal Series Expands with Seafood Restaurant

Hot on the heels of the Western Fur Trading Post discovery, a fresh Amazon UK listing has completely revealed another unannounced model: the Lumibricks Seafood Restaurant. This upcoming kit clearly belongs to the brand’s expanding coastal sub-theme, sitting right alongside previous releases like the Beach Lifeguard Tower and the Moon Bar.

A Bold, Vibrant Colour Palette

The first thing that catches the eye with this model is the incredibly strong, vibrant choice of colours. Dominated by bright orange siding and a heavy use of bold teal on both the roofing accents and the lower structural supports, it is an unapologetically loud build.

For collectors who prefer muted, highly realistic architectural models, these intensely saturated tones might initially feel a bit too stylised or fantastical. However, as we discovered with the Beach Lifeguard Tower, which was directly inspired by the real-life, vividly painted historic towers of Miami Beach, this eye-catching look has a strong precedent in actual coastal resort architecture. Maybe the design team based this build on a real-world, retro seaside diner or a boardwalk landmark designed specifically to stand out to tourists.

Layout and Key Features

Architecturally, the building is split across two main levels with an open, accessible seaside aesthetic:

  • The Ground Floor: Features a fully detailed walk-up ordering window, an overhanging wooden boardwalk deck, and translucent blue water elements lapping at the structural pilings. There are also several outdoor display tanks containing brick-built lobsters and crabs.
  • The Upper Deck: Includes an open-air dining terrace with a small kitchen prep station where a chef minifigure is visible working a grill.
  • The Signage: The standout detail of the entire build is a massive, retro-style roadside signpost. It features a brilliant lobster jumping out of an arrow, a dedicated “Seafood Restaurant” banner, and a printed telephone number placard underneath.

Interior Details and Lighting

True to the Lumibricks signature style, the interior appears fully detailed and comes entirely pre-wired with an integrated LED lighting kit. Warm yellow illumination shines out through the large panoramic windows on both storeys, highlighting interior booth seating, a vintage nautical ship wheel decoration, and indoor fish display cases.

The set includes three custom minifigures, including a chef and two restaurant patrons, alongside a variety of brand-new printed food elements and marine animals to populate the docks.

While the listing is active on the marketplace backend, pricing and a firm shipping date are still under wraps. However, given the finished state of the promotional imagery, an official announcement from Lumibricks should be imminent.
