Lumibricks treet fusion tease

Lumibricks Tease Barber Shop & Skate Park – Street Fusion Expands

Lumibricks have just teased two upcoming sets on their Instagram, and if you are a fan of the Street Fusion theme like I am, this is very exciting.

The image gives us partial glimpses of the Barber Shop and what looks to be the long-rumoured Skate Park set.

Barber Shop – Survey Feedback Implemented?

If you look closely at the Barber Shop and zoom in a bit, you can see what appears to be a design change from the original survey version that was shown months ago.

In the survey, the upper brickwork had a heavier blue presence. In this teaser image, it looks like they have toned that down and replaced much of it with grey, with only a few light blue accents. From what little we can see, I think this looks better. It feels more balanced and less colour-heavy at the top.

It is always encouraging when a brand appears to listen to feedback. Obviously we have not seen the full façade yet, but based on this teaser, the adjustment looks like a positive move.

You can also clearly see lighting across the top of the building, with that purple-blue glow under the roofline. If that is final, it is going to look fantastic at night. Street Fusion sets already lean heavily into atmosphere, and lighting like that just adds to the urban vibe.

Skate Park – Rumour Confirmed?

The Skate Park is the one I had heard whispers about, but I could never track down a solid source. It looks like Lumibricks have now effectively confirmed it with this teaser.

Most of the set is hidden behind the Street Fusion bus in the foreground, but the top section is visible. It appears to be built using large container-style blocks in bold colours, with a nicely printed “Skate Park” sign on top. Bright, playful, and very on-theme.

Given the name, we can probably expect ramps, rails, maybe half-pipes and a few skaters once we see the full build.

Coming Soon?

The fact that Lumibricks are teasing both sets publicly suggests that release cannot be too far away. They usually do not show this much unless we are getting close.

Street Fusion has quickly become one of the most distinctive themes in their range. Between the Record Store, Boxing Club, and now what looks to be a Barber Shop and Skate Park, it feels like they are building a urban block rather than just standalone buildings.

More details as soon as we get them.
