Here we go again. Another early Amazon listing has popped up on Amazon UK for the upcoming Lumibricks Moon Bar (18009)… this one looks great.
While the new UK listing doesn’t show a price yet, the set has also appeared on Amazon France where it is listed at €138.89. It comes in at 2,186 pieces, which puts it right in that solid mid-to-large modular range for Lumibricks.
Straight away it hits you with colour. Bright oranges, teals, neon-style lighting and that beach bar vibe. It sits within the same coastal sub-theme and matches the other sets nicely.
Brick-Built Sign – Something Different
One thing that stood out immediately is the large “Moon Bar” sign on the roof. It’s brick-built rather than printed.
That makes a change.
It’s a bold move for Lumibricks, a brand famous for its printed elements, to go with a fully brick-built sign. While it certainly gives the roof more architectural presence, I’m not entirely sold on the typography just yet. It’s definitely a talking point, but the jury is still out for me.
Loads of Colour, Display Presence
This looks like one of those sets that will absolutely glow at night. From the listing images, the lighting looks integrated throughout the bar area, with colourful interior elements and that classic Lumibricks warmth coming through the windows.
There’s also a nice little vehicle included, which is always a bonus. Small touches like that add a bit more life to the scene rather than it just being a static building.
Another important detail is that it continues the wireless power connection system on the side, meaning you can plug it straight into the other sets in the range without extra wiring all over the place. That is such a smart feature and something Lumibricks are doing very well lately.
A “Party” Atmosphere
The more I look at the image, the more fun details I spot. A standout feature has to be that massive brick-built whiskey bottle on the roof. It’s a bold, playful touch that instantly tells you this is a place to have a good time.
I also love that the Street Fusion graffiti style has made its way to the coast. You can see a vibrant “LOVE DRINKS” mural on the side wall, which adds a bit of grit to the otherwise clean beach aesthetic.
Other details I spotted:
- The Menu: If you zoom in on the chalkboard, you can actually read the cocktail list! It looks like they are serving a “Hawaiian Sunset” for $7.00 and a “Pino Cooler” for $5.00.
- The Telescope: There is a massive white telescope mounted on the upper deck, perfect for a “Moon” Bar.
- The vehicle: The set includes a rugged, pistachio-green 4×4 off-roader with a roof rack, which looks perfect for a beach trip.
Overall, it looks like a genuinely fun place to hang out (in brick form, at least!).
Early Listing – Official Reveal Soon?
At the moment, this is just an Amazon listing. No official announcement yet on the Lumibricks site.
But if past releases are anything to go by, once Amazon listings appear, an official reveal usually follows pretty quickly.
This one is definitely on my radar. The coastal line is shaping up really nicely, and this feels like a strong addition.
