I noticed Pantasy are asking fans which set they want a lighting kit for next. They’ve already released a kit for the Opera House, which seems to have gone down really well. There’s now a poll on their Facebook page with these options:

- Motorcycle Restaurant 85024
- Toy Store 85031
- Blossom Cafe 85032
If you want to vote, the poll is in their private Facebook group (Pantasy Bricks), so you’ll need to request to join.
Seeing this made me wonder if Pantasy are planning to include lighting in all their modular style sets going forward. The newly announced 85041 Architecture Firm, which I posted about before, already comes with integrated lighting. As far as I know, this is their first modular set with lighting built in. They also have a Christmas tree set that lights up, but that feels more like a one-off.
I really hope this becomes a regular thing. Lighting brings a whole new level of atmosphere to a build. It has completely rejuvenated how much I enjoy these sets, so I’m crossing my fingers that future releases include lighting as standard rather than as a separate kit.
