Honest Thoughts & The Kinetic Appeal

I will be completely honest with you all here. I am not usually the biggest collector of brick-built retro household objects. My display shelves are typically reserved for modular buildings and detailed street scenes.

However, I always have a deep appreciation for good engineering, and the moving elements in this set are genuinely impressive. What makes this build special is that it is not just a static display piece sitting on a desk. The fan actually works!

Pantasy has integrated their Type-C electronic power module, BrickAlive (their equivalent of LEGO’s Powered Up system) directly into the core of the build. Once assembled, you can plug it in and switch it on. Not only do the fan blades physically spin, but the entire fan head actually oscillates from side to side just like a real vintage desk fan. It brings a fantastic level of life and movement to the model. If you are someone who loves vintage aesthetics or kinetic sculptures, I am absolutely sure this will be a brilliant addition to your collection.

The Details

While the final model is visually large and will definitely stand out on display, the piece count might actually surprise you. Coming in at just 950 pieces, it is not a highly dense, time-consuming build. Instead, it relies on several large, specially designed parts for the fan blades and the outer safety cage to achieve its impressive scale quickly.
