New Leak: A new set in this theme has just been spotted! See the newly leaked Western Carpentry Workshop (14015) here.

Is the Wild West theme about to get a massive expansion? I tracked down the evidence, and the answer looks like a definite “Yes.”

While Lumibricks has been quiet on official channels, I have managed to locate early review footage from China that reveals a brand new addition to the Old West sub-theme. It is called The Old West Inn and carries the set number 14014.

The footage was originally posted by Chinese creator Su Zu A Cai on Douyin, and it gives me my first confirmed look at the set before it has even been announced in the West.

First Impressions: A “Gold Rush” Hotel

Based on the footage, this is a substantial build. The front facade features a prominent “Gold Rush Hotel” sign above the entrance, with a classic wooden porch and wagon wheel details that fit right in with the existing Sheriff’s Office and Saloon.

But the real eye-catcher is on the second floor. There is a huge, colourful billboard advertising a “Cowgirls Show” for “Jan 20, 7 PM.” I am not sure if that date is a hint at a reveal day or just in-universe lore, but the graphic design captures that vintage poster style perfectly.

It Opens Up! (The Play Features)

Accessibility is excellent, continuing the usually great Lumibricks style. Rather than just lifting off the roof, this set provides slide-out floors and hinged openings throughout.

One of the screenshots clearly shows the entire back wall swinging open. This is a huge win for display and playability. It means you can actually see and access the interior rooms without having to dismantle the whole thing.

Inside the Inn

The interior looks just as detailed as the outside. The leak reveals a fully furnished reception area complete with a check-in desk and green bottles on the shelves.

I also spotted a really impressive brick-built grandfather clock. It is a tiny detail, but it shows how much thought has gone into the furniture. The reviewer in the video even highlights it specifically, showing that it’s a standalone mini-build that slots into the hallway.

The “Crime Scene”Deadwood Vibes

Rumors had circulated about a “hidden body” in this set. My analysis of the footage confirms it, but it is even darker than I thought.

The video reveals a secret compartment inside the rooftop water tower. Inside the barrel, there is a headless minifigure torso stashed away with a splash of blood for good measure. The Chinese text in the review video explicitly labels this area as a “Crime Scene” (案发现场).

This is giving me major Deadwood vibes. It feels exactly like something Al Swearengen would have ordered at the Gem Saloon to keep business running smoothly. Whether it is a direct nod to the show or just a grim storytelling detail from the lawless frontier, it confirms that Lumibricks is leaning into more mature, story-driven details for their adult fanbase.

Atmosphere & Lighting

As with all Lumibricks sets, the lighting kit is the star. The interior shots show a warm, yellow glow that mimics gas lamps perfectly. It creates a really cosy, “retro movie” atmosphere inside the lobby and bedrooms. It doesn’t look like they have overdone it with flashy colours; it’s just warm, inviting light that suits the era.

When is it Coming?

Status: Unconfirmed for Global Release.

Currently, this set has not appeared on the US or UK official stores. However, since the review unit is already in the hands of creators in Asia, a global announcement is likely just weeks away.

Stay tuned. I will update this page the moment official specs drop.
