Lumibricks Garden Cottage

Now Available: Lumibricks Garden Cottage (10013)

Back in February, we spotted an early listing for a new cottage-core build hiding on Amazon UK. Today, the wait is officially over. The incredibly cosy Lumibricks Garden Cottage (10013) has formally launched on the Lumibricks website, and we finally have all the official product details and high-resolution images.

If you want to see the original leak and our early thoughts on the design, you can read that previous post here. Now that the set is official, let us take a closer look at what is actually in the box.

Lumibricks Garden Cottage

A Cottage-Core Dream

If you love highly detailed, relaxing building experiences, this set looks like a massive winner. Coming in at a very respectable 2,787 pieces, the Garden Cottage recreates a classic English brick house attached to a beautiful two-story glass conservatory.

The interior is packed with storytelling details. You get a classic living room set up for afternoon tea, a potting station inside the greenhouse, and sweet little touches like family memory photos and even a dedicated dog memorial in the garden. The set also includes three minifigures to populate the scene.

Modular Garden & Shifting Seasons

The garden is not just one static baseplate. It actually consists of seven detachable garden modules. These modules use a semi-circular base design, where you can freely arrange and rebuild the layout however you like.

But the interactive elements do not stop at the garden layout. The interior of the cottage features a built-in sliding mechanism that lets you physically change the view out of the main window. By moving a small slider integrated into the wall, you can swap the backdrop between three different seasonal scenes: a cosy autumn yard with pumpkins, a moonlit night scene, and a snowy winter landscape complete with a Christmas tree. It is a nice little mechanical feature that adds a lot of charm to the interior display!

Botanical Details & Lighting

The foliage in this set looks fantastic. You will be building a variety of classic English flowers, including roses, bluebells, and tulips, all layered with climbing vines and terracotta pots.

Of course, this is a Lumibricks set, so the lighting is fully integrated. The kit includes 12 individual LED light points and 3 light strips. When switched on, warm yellow lights glow from inside the cottage and greenhouse, while a specially lit blue fountain adds a cool, calming contrast to the courtyard.

One detail that really stands out when the lights are on is the inclusion of printed stained glass windows on the upper floor. They feature a beautiful floral design, and the way the internal LEDs push light through those translucent panels really elevates the entire model.

Pricing & Value

The set has officially launched with a retail price of $109.99 USD / £109.

For a 2,787 piece set that includes a modular base system, three minifigures, and a comprehensive electronic lighting kit, this is an absolutely fantastic price point. Lumibricks continues to offer brilliant value for highly detailed display models.

Where to Buy

You can buy Lumibricks directly from their official website or through their Amazon store.

The Official Site: It is worth knowing that they run a rewards program (similar to LEGO Insiders). You earn points on every purchase which can be swapped for money off vouchers later, so if you plan to buy multiple sets, buying direct often pays off.

Lumibricks also frequently offers new user codes and drops various discount codes on their social media channels. If you cannot find one of those to use, you can always enter my code THERIGHTBRICK at checkout to take 10% off your order. My best advice is to always go for whatever code gives you the highest discount!

Amazon: Generally offers faster delivery and stock is more consistent. They also tend to have random discounts that the official site doesn’t match.

My Recommendation: I always check both links below. If Amazon has a lower price, I grab it there for the savings and speed. If the prices are roughly the same, I buy from the official site to bank the loyalty points.
