A little while ago, we spotted an early listing for the Lumibricks Barbershop (19012) hiding on Amazon UK. Today, the wait is officially over. The set has formally launched on the Lumibricks website, and we finally have all the official product details, high-resolution interior shots, and structural secrets!
If you want to see our early thoughts on the exterior design, you can read our previous preview post here.
Before we dive into the newly revealed specs, I purchased a copy of this set on Amazon’s Spring Sale. This set is actually turning up today! I will be building and reviewing it straight away, so stay tuned for my full hands-on verdict very soon. In the meantime, let us take a closer look at what Lumibricks has officially revealed.

Lots of Print Goodness
Sitting in the Street Fusion theme, the set comes in at a hefty 2,557 pieces. This multi-story city building measures roughly 39cm tall and sits on a standard 25.6cm by 25.6cm (32 studs x 32 studs) baseplate layout.
One of the most exciting details confirmed by the official images is that the set features 83 printed bricks. That’s a lot of printed bricks! From the glowing neon “Beard Bob’s” signage to the retro arcade screens inside, everything is printed directly onto the parts.
As expected from Lumibricks, the lighting is a massive focus. The kit includes 21 strategically placed LED light points that bring the streetscape to life at night. You can power the lights via a neat USB Type-C connection.
New Accessibility Type
The biggest surprise from the official reveal is how you actually interact with the building. Lumibricks has engineered a “Dual Axis Rotating Structure”.
The back half of the building splits and swings open on hinges, giving you unprecedented access to the interior rooms without having to dismantle the floors. The images also show an “Indoor Quick-Release Bottom Plate”, which looks like it will make accessing the ground-floor barbershop incredibly easy.

A Detailed Interior
Swinging the building open reveals three highly detailed floors:
- Ground Floor: The main event features Beard Bob’s Barber shop, complete with classic red and blue barber poles, waiting chairs, and detailed hair-cutting stations.
- First Floor: Moving upstairs, there is a Certified Lawyer’s office, complete with a classic beige computer setup and filing cabinets.
- Top Floor: The top level features a very cosy studio apartment. The tenant clearly loves retro gaming, as the TV screen features a printed “Lumibricks Bros” video game alongside a classic boombox and some weights.

Where to Buy
The official retail price for the Lumibricks Barbershop is set at £145 / $149.99 USD, though you can often bring that down significantly by hunting for vouchers or taking advantage of the current Amazon Spring Sale. (I got my copy for £102.84 with buying it with the redbrick Row House!)
You can buy Lumibricks directly from their official website or through their Amazon store.
The Official Site: It is worth knowing that they run a rewards program (similar to LEGO Insiders). You earn points on every purchase which can be swapped for money off vouchers later, so if you plan to buy multiple sets, buying direct often pays off.
Lumibricks also frequently offers new user codes and drops various discount codes on their social media channels. If you cannot find one of those to use, you can always enter my code THERIGHTBRICK at checkout to take 10% off your order. My best advice is to always go for whatever code gives you the highest discount!
Amazon: Generally offers faster delivery and stock is more consistent. They also tend to have random discounts that the official site doesn’t match.
My Recommendation: I always check both links below. If Amazon has a lower price, I grab it there for the savings and speed. If the prices are roughly the same, I buy from the official site to bank the loyalty points.
