Pantasy Aegean Villa 85064 has arrived on the official Pantasy store at $171.99 USD. The 3,038-piece set joins the Vacations collection, with a taverna, terraces and a blue dome above the white walls.

This looks very pretty to me. The colours work really well together, and it immediately reminds me of Santorini. The blue roofs and railings, pink flowers and greenery give you plenty to look at across the white facade.

The listing went live on 15 October 2026. At the time of checking, the US and Global options were available, while EU was unavailable.

A Blue Dome, Stone Steps and a Flower-Covered Terrace

The villa sits on a rocky base, with an outdoor stone stairway climbing up the left side. Blue doors, arched windows and balcony railings run across the front, while the taller section rises to a blue-domed loggia.

Beside it is a curved blue roof over the lower section. The terrace has a vine-covered pergola with pink flowers, and the bell structure sits higher up behind it. There are also potted plants, a ship’s wheel on the front wall and a small decorative water feature.

It is the combination of white and blue that gives me that Santorini impression. The different heights of the roofs and terraces make the building interesting to look around too.

A Taverna Downstairs, Dining and Lounging Above

At ground level, the taverna has a bar counter, booth seating and shelves of bottles. A separate cellar area holds barrels, with more drinks stored around the room.

The level above has a kitchen with a cooker, hanging utensils and a small table beside it. Outside, the dining terrace sits beneath the flowering pergola. Blue railings wrap around the terrace, with the external steps leading up from the street.

The upper terrace is a lounge area, with a recliner and an easel holding a painting of the townscape. It sits beside the blue-domed loggia and the hanging bells. There is quite a lot fitted into the three levels.

43 Printed Parts and Plenty of Access

There are 43 printed parts and no stickers. These include the menus, bottle labels, floor signs, artwork and notices around the building. Some of those notices also form part of the set’s hidden story.

The floors detach, and sections of the walls swing open to expose the interiors. The lower rocky section also opens, giving access to the hidden space beneath the villa.

Four Characters and a Missing Cat

The four figures are Nikos, the host and bartender; Eleni, the server; and two travellers, Mia and Leo. The travellers have matching blue holiday outfits and sunglasses, while Nikos wears a black waistcoat and tie.

There is also a small mystery running through the building. Milo the cat has gone missing, and so have some of the cellar bottles. A missing-cat notice, an inventory list and a concealed opening provide clues. The trail ends in the ruins beneath the villa, where Milo has been collecting the bottles.

Another Addition to Pantasy Vacations

Pantasy shows the villa alongside Japanese Onsen 85063 and Italian Street Corner 85062. We covered those in the earlier Pantasy new-arrivals roundup.

The villa is shown as a standalone display, with its own rocky base and stairway.
