The Lumibricks Retiring Soon October 2026 update adds another ten sets to the official retirement collection. Steamphant, Sequoia Bandit Camp, Skate Shop and Alpine Observatory are among them.
I think this is a good batch of sets, which makes it a shame to see so many heading towards retirement together. A few have been listed on the official store for less than a year.
Checked on 12 October 2026. These sets are labelled Retiring Soon. There is no final sale date given, and most regional options are still available.
Some Have Been Listed for Less Than a Year
Steamphant and Sequoia Bandit Camp were the two that caught my attention. Steamphant only appeared on the official store in December, while Bandit Camp is still a few days short of its first anniversary. Beach Lifeguard Tower is newer again.
| Set | Official Store Listing Date | Time Listed on 12 October 2026 |
|---|---|---|
| Steamphant | 6 December 2025 | About 10 months |
| Sequoia Bandit Camp | 16 October 2025 | Just under a year |
| Beach Lifeguard Tower | 19 February 2026 | Less than eight months |
Those are the official store listing dates, so they do not necessarily mark the first day each set was available everywhere. They also do not tell us when the remaining stock will run out. Even with that caveat, these feel like quick additions to the retirement list.
Steamphant has its poseable trunk, mechanical limbs and metallic details. Sequoia Bandit Camp takes the Old West into a redwood forest, with lookout posts, traps and hidden treasure. Both have quite distinctive subjects, and I would have liked to see them stick around longer.

Several Good City Builds Are on the List
Gelato Store and Balcony Theatre cover two very different parts of a street. Gelato Store has an ice-cream counter and opening upper floors. Balcony Theatre goes much bigger on the evening lighting, with a stage, audience seating and a bar beneath the upper seats.
Skate Shop is here too, with its graffiti, upstairs bedroom and rooftop hangout. You can read my Skate Shop review for a closer look at the build.
Heritage Tram and Station brings a red-and-yellow tram, a stop and the option to convert the carriage into a bar. My Heritage Tram review covers the set in more detail, including the power arrangement.
Alpine Observatory and Beach Lifeguard Tower
Alpine Observatory is one of the larger additions at 2,437 pieces. Its rocky base supports four levels, with a rotating dome and telescope at the top. The lighting includes a galaxy projection effect.
Beach Lifeguard Tower is a much smaller scene, with a pastel pink-and-mint tower, rescue equipment, a jet ski and an ATV. Its February listing makes it the most recent of these ten additions.
Forge House and West Train Station
Forge House joins the medieval sets already on the retirement list. It has the glowing forge at ground level, with living quarters and bedrooms above. West Train Station covers passenger and freight traffic, with a waiting area, tickets, signs and cargo details.
Check Regional Stock and the Final Price
This follows the September retirement update, when Castle Armory and Medieval Troupe Carriage joined the list. There is now a fairly broad mix of themes in the collection.
I would check anything already on your wishlist, especially where regional stock is becoming limited. There is no published countdown here, so I would not buy something purely because it has gained a retirement label.
